I hate un-sewing!!! I have been working on my birthday quilt and have most of it laid out on my design wall. I have been trying to be very careful sewing this one together. But, apparently, from the time it takes me to pick up two pieces from the wall, walk 5 steps over to my sewing machine and sit down to sew the pieces together, I cannot remember which way they should be sewn! I cannot count how many times I have had to un-sew seams on this thing, because I sewed the wrong sides together. So instead of a row that goes |-|-|-|-|, I get rows that go | | – -|-|-| I can’t blame it on being tired, cause I’ve worked on it during the day, not late at night. Despite the frustration with wrong seams and the extra work I make for myself, I am so pleased with this quilt. I can’t wait to see it finished. Still not sure how I should quilt it – any ideas?
