I’m linking up with Judy Laquidara at Patchwork Times for design wall Monday. Check out what other people are working on HERE.

Today, on my design wall is the sample baby quilt that I needed to make for the workshop in February.

I still need to finish the sashing strips between the rows and then put on the binding. So far I have six hours invested in the construction. I didn’t include time for cutting, because the kits that are going to be made for these quilts will have that already done.

Also on the design wall (or floor, in this case) is Bev’s Easy Street block. The quilt inspector, Norman, was doing a thorough job of checking it out!! Bev and Barb came to visit on Saturday for a sewing day. Bev was working on a wall hanging size of Easy Street and Barb was making the setting triangles for a full size Easy Street. I worked on the baby quilt and Norman kept us all entertained. It was great getting together with the both of you!!! Hopefully, we can do it again sometime soon!

Today I have a number of errands to run for DH, the ever-present office work and house work and then I’m meeting with friends for supper this evening. So I have a busy day planned. I don’t think I’ll have a lot of time for sewing today. But I’ll try to sneak in a few minutes to try to finish that baby quilt.
