Fabric Collector

Another Tuesday and I have to report about what is happening with my stash. My goal, of course, is to try to reduce it! Because, despite what the sign says, I don’t need quite such a large collection!

Well, I’ve got some good news and some bad news!

The good news is – I have not purchased ANY new fabric this week!!! I have gone more than one whole week without buying any fabric – see, it is possible for me to exercise some self-control!!!

Now, the bad news – I haven’t used any fabric from my stash. I have been sewing – I finished the Advent wall hanging, but that didn’t need any fabric added to it. I’ve worked on the Easy Street flimsy, but again, no extra fabric needed. I’ve started quilting the Bedford Beauty blocks, but I’ve already counted the backing fabric as part of the stash used. So I can’t report any stash being used for that. I’ve got a number of ideas percolating, but unfortunately, that doesn’t use any fabric either!

So here it is:

Stash report:
Fabric used this week: 0 yards
Fabric added this week: 0 yards
Fabric used YTD: 13 yards
Fabric added YTD: 49 yards
YTD total: 36 yards added

Oh, I haven’t done this in a while, so here’s something we can all dream about:
